Mail or drop it off along with your void cheque to: Panthers Gymnastics Club 1016 Marion Street Winnipeg MB R2J 0K8 Registrations will be processed in the order that they are received. You will not receive further notification unless your requested class is full. Classes begin Monday September 12, 2011. The Gym will be closed on the following days : Thanksgiving            October 10 Halloween                  October 31 , Closed after 4:00PM only. Remembrance day   November 11 Winter Holidays        Dec.23 - Jan.6 Louis Riel Day           February 20 Spring Break             March 24- March 30 Good Friday              April 6 Easter                         April 28 Victoria Day              May 21 (whole week end off for all competitive gymnasts only) The gym will also be closed when hosting "in-house" events such as competitions and / or MGA sanctioned events. Family Discounts The second and each additional child in a family pay 90% of the regular fee. Payment Registration forms for any programs must be accompanied by the stated payment Registration will not be accepted without this payment. Class Fees are based on a September to June registration and are broken down into equal payments for your convenience. A minimum of 32 weeks is guaranteed for all programs. Mandatory Chocolate Fundraising Commitment Panthers requires that all registering gymnasts participate in the mandatory fundraising program. This program will ensure that there is a minimum level of funds raised to support the operations of the club and to provide effective programs and services to the members. At registration, you will be required to accept an allocation of chocolates for sale and provide a pre-authorization representing payment for the chocolates.         Each recreational gymnast receives a 15 bar box of chocolates         (sell for $3.00 a piece) and give permission for a pre-authorized debit of $45         on October 15, 2011.         Each competitive and pre-competitive gymnast receives 2 - 15 bar boxes of         chocolates (sell for $3.00 a piece) and give permission for a pre-authorized         debit of $90 on October 15, 2011 Chocolates are to be distributed in August/September at the time that registrations are being taken. The Season The Recreational season runs from Moday September 12, 2011 until Wednesday June 13, 2012. Pantherama,our Year-end Display at the Pantages Playhouse, is on Thursday June 14, 2012. Withdrawal Policies There is a one month written notice required for any member withdrawing from a program. The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. Panthers Handbook 2009-10 ( to be updated very soon)
